Bojana aka “Bo” Radojevic

Bojana aka “Bo” Radojevic

My name is Bo, and I work as an administrative assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. Before joining the mental health field, I worked as a customer support specialist in telecommunications, where I developed strong communication skills and a sense for understanding people’s needs. I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being of our patients, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected, and valued. With a degree in the arts and a passion for creativity, I approach my work with empathy and sensitivity. My core values are love, empathy, solidarity, and creativity, and they guide me in fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment for all.

Relja aka "Rell" Kugli

My name is Rell, and I work as an administrative assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. My previous communication experiences consist of several years of being an English tutor, teaching both kids and adults alike, therefore it is my specialty to find a perfect way for me to understand a non-English speaker (and of course, a native one) and impart language knowledge at the same time. Teaching children primarily requires a lot of patience, understanding and smiles, and I utterly enjoy all of the aspects of the job. I've been personally connected to mental health and all the issues and wonders that come with it throughout my life, so speaking to people who prioritize it is truly a pleasure. My favorite thing in this life are people and conversating with them, and I find the right to be heard to be one of the crucial human needs that has to be fulfilled. If I had to describe myself in several words, they would be: organized, trustworthy, kind and approachable.
