My name is Nina, and I work as an administrative assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. Before entering the mental health field, I spent years volunteering with children, which taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of truly listening. Those experiences shaped how I connect with others and deepened my understanding of people’s emotions and needs. I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, safe, and understood. I believe that small moments of kindness and understanding can make a lasting difference in someone’s life, and that belief continues to inspire my work every day.

My name is Ivana, and I am a pharmaceutical technician with experience working directly with people in roles that require clear communication, reliability, and discretion. Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of how emotional and situational factors influence individual needs, and I approach interactions with professionalism and consistency.I have a genuine interest in psychology and human behavior, which helps me connect with people in a thoughtful and respectful way. My name is Aleksandar, and I work as an Administrative Assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the Faculty of Sciences and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Marketing. My academic background, combined with my professional experience, has helped me develop strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In my role, I strive to ensure that patients receive timely support and assistance while navigating their care. I am passionate about mental health awareness and value the opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive experience for every individual who reaches out to our practice. Being approachable, communicative, and empathetic allows me to connect with patients and address their needs with care and understanding. Hello my name is Mia and I am passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Before joining the Waterside, I worked as an Administrative Assistant, where I developed strong organizational and communication skills. As an exchange student in Helena, Montana, I completed many hours of volunteer work, including participating in NAMI Walks to support mental health awareness. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion, and I strive to make each person feel heard and valued.

My name is Patricia, and I am an Administrative Assistant at Waterside. I take pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment while supporting my team and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. I am dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others by providing excellent administrative support and customer service. Outside of work, I am pursuing a nursing degree, which reflects my passion for serving others and my commitment to continuous growth.
