Currently, I am employed at Waterside Psychiatry as an administrative assistant, and I truly enjoy my work and the opportunity to interact with people. This is my first experience working in this field, and I have found it incredibly rewarding. I love working as an assistant at Waterside Psychiatry. The people and my colleagues have made this job even better and more enjoyable. I am passionate about building connections, spending time with others, and reading books in my free time. My name is Bo, and I work as an administrative assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. Before joining the mental health field, I worked as a customer support specialist in telecommunications, where I developed strong communication skills and a sense for understanding people’s needs. I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being of our patients, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected, and valued. With a degree in the arts and a passion for creativity, I approach my work with empathy and sensitivity. My core values are love, empathy, solidarity, and creativity, and they guide me in fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment for all.
