Nina Palurovic

My name is Nina, and I work as an administrative assistant with Waterside Psychiatry. Before entering the mental health field, I spent years volunteering with children, which taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of truly listening. Those experiences shaped how I connect with others and deepened my understanding of people’s emotions and needs. I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, safe, and understood. I believe that small moments of kindness and understanding can make a lasting difference in someone’s life, and that belief continues to inspire my work every day.

Maša Vučkovic (white Tshirt black hair) (at the end) I am a dedicated and service-oriented professional with nearly three years of experience in front-facing support roles, where I developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. My background includes supporting individuals with scheduling, inquiries, and issue resolution while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Earlier in my career, I worked in guest services aboard international cruise ships, an experience that strengthened my ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, remain composed under pressure, and deliver consistent, high-quality service. These skills continue to inform my commitment to supporting patients with empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
